If you are not totally satisfied with your order you may return it to us within 14 days for exchange or refund.  Returned items must be in their original packaging and be unused with all the original tickets/labels.

If you need to return an item due to a (rare) manufacturing fault, please follow the procedure below.

Our returns procedure is as follows:

1. Contact us via email and we will email you the physical address to send the parcel to.
2. Print the returns form. A returns form is available here (click to open the pdf).
3. Fill out the details on the returns form
4. Once you have received the email from us with the returns address, send the parcel (and the returns form!)
